Assess, compare, and negotiate commercial terms outlined in agreements and quotes.
Source suppliers to meet purchasing needs and support localization efforts.
Monitor orders to guarantee timely delivery of outstanding items.
Evaluate and track supplier performance and sustainability practices.
Manage inventory levels and place orders for sub raw materials as necessary.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Review open purchase orders in the system to verify that all outstanding orders are properly closed and follow up accordingly.
Ensure adherence to purchasing procedures in line with relevant ICPs, with all transactions properly approved.
Assist with audits and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements :
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, good analytical abilities, and familiarity with contract management as well as procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
