Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to check PR status in the system daily base on order & delivery Execute end-to-end activities from PO creation until supplier delivery at OWG HQ and/or outlet Process supplier invoices by attaching to PR, PO and its supporting document, verify products delivered by Supplier follows requested delivery date, clarify error/discrepancies and send to Finance for payment purposes promptly. To liaise and maintain professional relationships with internal team members, outlets and suppliers and ensure correct coordination of order details, delivery schedule. To conduct sourcing and obtain quotations from local and/or overseas supplier and prepare relevant cost comparisons to find the best value for OWG. To verify the product sourced matched the description required by user to ensure correct product required by user via actual samples, pictures, product specs and other means necessary and ensure compliancy with regulatory and/or Halal requirements To conduct sourcing for Food, Non-Food, Services, Technical, Spare Parts items for Outlets consumption and negotiate the best value and at the same time strives for cost savings. To ensure proper and correct filing & documentation and correct distribution of documents to Finance Dept. To prepare periodic reports for daily activities on sourcing. To maintain product item code for new, current and inactive items according to outlet requirements. To maintain warranty and asset tagging for electrical items for information retrieval purposes. To sourcing for Food Items via direct sourcing or Tender negotiations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement,

preferably food & beverage industry.

Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu. Good attitude, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Highly motivated to work towards set of goals. Resourceful, self motivated, high integrity, able to work independently. Able to work long hours during Period end closing to ensure task completion. Able to working at OWG HQ, Glenmarie Shah Alam.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
