POSITION - PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

LOCATION - SHAH ALAM

SALARY - RM 3800-4500

Job Scopes & Responsibility

To be responsible for Direct materials, planning, purchasing and inventory control. Request quotations from supplier and negotiate for better pricing, terms, and lead-time. Allocate order based on best quotation, best quality, consistency, and service from supplier To assist the department head in handling, planning, and coordinating the incoming and outgoing materials needed to support the operations. To carry out weekly report as customer/internal request as well as prepares Monthly report, Weekly Forward Delivery/Delivery Schedule and Weekly/Monthly on Time Delivery Report To be responsible for purchasing related task such as purchase order issuance, follow up closely on delivery from supplier. To plan and develop new and potential suppliers To coordinate and work closely with internal department on new requirements and main the good relationship among the colleagues To undertake ad-hoc duties assign by superior time to time
Requirement

Candidate must possess at Diploma / Degree related field is required for this position with 3-5 years' experience Able to work with less supervision Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Able to communicate, read and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. Good in MS Excel or Word

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
