Job Description

We are assisting our reputable Client to look for potentials who is interested in Purchasing Executive role to join their team in Section 7, Shah Alam

• Salary: RM3,000.00 to RM4,500.00 / mth

About the role:

• To involve in supplier management that includes sourcing, selection, negotiation and obtain quotation for all material and equipment required by project sites
• To negotiate best pricing, monitors and assures continuous improvement of supplier performance
• To maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 information and documentations
• Liaise and work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies
• Interaction with Project Managers/Site Engineers/Site Supervisors on cost of equipment for their final cost and progress schedule management inclusive of documentation to be submitted to relevant parties
• To observe, track and give feedback to project sites for frequent order material without over supplying
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior and the management

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any related field
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field especially in Construction based company.
• Able to multi-task, work independently and a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word & accounting software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
