1. Responsible for the Quality System documentation preparation. 2. Responsible for the completed buying process of Direct Material or Indirect Material. 3. To ensure company benefit before decision making as 1st priority for any purchases. 4. Responsible for reviewing the indirect Purchase Requisition and source for the material requested at competitive price. 5. Responsible for price negotiation. 6. Responsible for the processing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Price comparison and GRN matching. 7. Follow up on the materials ETA / arrival date. 8. Follow up through the feedback on the defective material which is rejected by incoming dept. 9. Prepare Monthly Procurement Report. 10. Take part in the cost down activities implemented by the Company. 11. Do not allow to receive any gifts, meals, souvenir or other items in kind from the suppliers/clients.
