• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Maintaining and strengthening ongoing relationships with existing suppliers including attending supplier meetings and negotiating the price of current and new products.
• Maximising sales and profitability of our business through the development and implementation of a strategic buying plan.
• Negotiating and maintaining purchasing contracts and terms.
• Monitoring stock levels for current products.
• Assessing min/max levels for current products.
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms.
• Forecasting the purchasing materials and stocks according to the current stock level.
• Identify and analyze the market value of current and new products.
• Establish metrics to measure and improve department performance, including supplier performance, shortage, price changes, supplier quality, etc.
• Prepare invoices, reports, and other documents using word, processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Liaised and received orders from existing and new customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
