Job Description
- Able to converse in any Mandarin dialect would be advantageous (as the team and suppliers mostly in China)
You will be coordinating the purchasing of quality products and materials while maintaining a healthy business relationship with key suppliers & vendors.
- To liaise with China manufacturing office
- Responsible in negotiating, compiling & processing of material purchase for the best quality & cost
- Undertake to improve and monitor vendors\' performance in terms of pricing, delivery and quality.
- Identify, qualify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure suitability and cost effectiveness of purchase.
- Update & maintain product data in the system
- Knowledge of importation process would be an advantage
- Usual statutory contributions, in accordance to law
- Leave : Paternity, Maternity, Medical. Hospitalization, First Marriage
- Insurance : Personal Accident and Group Healthcare (upon confirmation only)
