Assist in preparing and checking purchase orders and quotations
Source and compare prices from different suppliers
Help maintain and update supplier and product records
Assist in filing and organizing purchasing documents (PO, invoice, DO, etc.)
Support in tracking inventory levels and stock replenishment
Help prepare simple purchasing reports and cost comparisons
Communicate with internal departments on purchasing needs
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Basic understanding of purchasing or procurement process (added advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and in a team
Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, as the role involves managing Mandarin-speaking regions.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
