intern

to join our team and support our

Purchasing, Account, and HR departments

. This internship offers a unique chance to develop essential skills in data entry, basic analysis, and filing while fostering a comprehensive understanding of how various departments collaborate within our organization.

What is your responsibility?

Assist the

Purchasing

department in maintaining records, processing purchase orders, and liaising with vendors. Support the

Account

department with data entry, invoice verification, and basic financial analysis. Aid the

HR

department in managing employee records, assisting in payroll related tasks and other HR-related tasks. Participate in cross-departmental meetings and projects to gain a holistic understanding of our organization. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the superior from time to time.
