Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, communicate, and manage supplier delivery risks, including prioritization and allocation of supplier capacity, production, and/or labor
- Effectively communicate at an executive level both internal and external to the organization, including all executive levels across a broad set of suppliers
- Understand and execute commodity level strategies, and hold the strategic commodity management team accountable for credible and effective plans
- Actively drive root cause corrective action activities and develop/lead continuous improvement initiatives internal and external to the organization
- Execute the material requirements plan and develop, establish, and manage service levels for purchase order processing
- Develop, implement, and execute inventory strategies to support product lead time and operational flexibility requirements
- Optimize the use of inventory to support pricing and other financial performance metrics
- Identify risk of Supply and timely escalate for support
- Develop, train, and mentor a team of supply chain professionals
- Experience in semiconductor equipment supply chain management and manufacturing/ production
- Excellent leadership and change management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to leverage data and analytics in support of performance management and decision making
- Highly self-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to deliver results through other people
- Minimum Degree, Master Degree, preferable MBA.
