  • To review procurement agreements & documents to ensure the rights and interests of the Company are well protected.
  • Able to identify & highlight legal commercial risk or exposures involved in procurement agreements and documents.
  • To liaise and communicate with stakeholders in relation to contract agreements & documents.
  • To manage the contracts and documents to ensure all legal documents and agreements are properly monitored and organized.
  • Review and ensure that department policies & procedures comply with legislation and compliance requirements of governmental and professional bodies.
  • Contribute to develop, improve & refine departmental policies, processes, and ensure good governance within department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance within department.
  • Manage compliance and risk within department.
  • Prepare and compile compliance documents for KYC purposes.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Law or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome .
  • Sound legal knowledge.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to details & analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and in a cooperative manner with different levels
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Malay and English (reading, speaking and writing)
  • Comprehend the basic functionalities of procurement applications
  • High degree of integrity
  • Responsible and committed
  • Proactive with strong initiative, positive attitude, hardworking and able to multi-task.
