POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• Trainee Executive, HSSE

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalents with min CGPA of 3.0
• Credit in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

SKILLS:

• Project management skill, communication skill, critical thinking skill
• Procurement and cost optimisation techniques
• Techniques in relaying actionable business intelligence
• Branding and design skill
• Effective presentation skill

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist Capability Development & Admin in the areas of training, monitoring and reporting related to Corporate Security and meet the division objectives and goals
• To assist Capability Development & Admin as Liaison Officer Within Corporate Security division (as communication channel between staff & management)
• To assist on procurement/purchasing activities: monitoring and reviewing products and services to be purchased by Corporate Security ensuring the compliance to company\'s procurement/purchasing policies and procedures
• To be involved and prepare any planning of security welfares, functions, CSR and security yearly planning (Takwim)
