Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged
• Required skills: Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, Negotiation, Market Research
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, products, or supplies as required.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Inspect and verify the quality of incoming goods.
• Ensure that products meet required standards and specifications.
• Report and handle any defective or non-compliant items.
• Keep records of purchases and quality checks.
• Work with other departments to ensure inventory and production needs are met.
