Requirements

• Proficient in the Chinese language.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain is preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local and international suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Accurately prepare and process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Track shipment progress and ensure the timely arrival of goods to support operational needs.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with warehouse and production teams for efficient replenishment.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, lead time, and reliability; maintain updated supplier records.
• Manage import-related documentation and coordinate logistics partners as required.
• Support cost control initiatives by analyzing quotations and identifying opportunities for savings.
• Work closely with the accounts team to ensure proper documentation and timely payments to suppliers.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues, handling damaged goods, and addressing quantity discrepancies.
