Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to carry out daily inspection for incoming raw material and packaging material, In-process control and finished product to ensure the quality specifications are met.
To implement and maintain QA system as setup to ensure smooth daily operation.
To ensure the company operations compliance with GMP and HACCP.
To monitor and maintain all documents related with QA system or policies for auditing purposes.
To review each testing report accordance with the established quality specification.
Support QA in self inspection program, internal audit, supplier audit, surveillance audit and renewal audit programme.
To conduct relevant training for employees such as GMP & HACCP to ensure employees understand important of hygiene in food manufacturing.
To review, collect, record and analyse data and trends for quality control improvement.
Assist for the improvement of Quality Management System and Food Safety Plan.
To perform other duties as assigned by superior to ensure procedures are compliance with the Food Safety regulations and policies.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree / Diploma with Food Science background or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Halal.
Basic laboratory and computer skills.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
