Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the quality monitoring of the production process and arrange personnel to mark its quality status

2. Handle quality issues that arise during production

3. Inspection and supervision of the quality, sanitation and safety of the production process

4. Follow up the establishment and implementation of relevant laboratory management systems

5. Develop and implement in-process quality control procedures and protocols to monitor manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.

6. Organize personnel to conduct microbial monitoring of the production workshop environment, production water, personnel, and equipment

7. Manage the identification, documentation, and resolution of in-process non-conformances, including deviations, discrepancies, and out-of-specification results.

8. Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address systemic issues and prevent recurrence.

9. Customer complaint handling and follow up / Customer Return Management

10. Complete the work assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1. 2 years and above with relevant work experience within a manufacturing environment

2. Applied chemistry, chemical engineering, material chemistry, food engineering, bioengineering and other related majors

3. Good communication skills, familiar with key quality control points of laboratories, manufacturing processes, packaging materials, and production ingredient processes

4. Familiar with ISO9001/ISO22716

5. Experience in quality control / quality assurance / production

6. Good communication skills to deal with HQ, China

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
