This role focuses on end-to-end quality assurance, control, and management throughout the chemical manufacturing process and manage laboratory operations and collaborate closely with the production team.

• Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage laboratory operations by supervising daily testing activities, verifying data accuracy, ensuring compliance with ISO and safety standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain product and process integrity.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
