Job Description

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field. At least 2 year of working experience in related industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently. Candidates able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:

Strong understanding on SIRIM - Liaise for product audit to maintain the license and certification, managing regulatory processes and documentation. Handle correspondence, data entry, and document preparation. Managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and maintain filing systems. Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls. Ensure effective communication system and quick response as well as maintain good relationship with related parties. Any other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
