QA Engineer 3

Responsibilities:

Apply sound engineering knowledge in improving of supplier capability and quality to ensure meeting of material specifications.
Driver in material improvement and meeting stakeholders\' satisfaction.
Focal point in supplier interface to resolve material issues, recovery plan and chargeback.
Supplier data acquisition and management to match up the process internally.
Managing non-conforming material inventory disposition and optimization.
Identify and establish systems and methods to improve supplier PPM performance.
Provide assistance and advice to engineering team in material problem resolution and help to establish system to prevent recurrence.
Initiate or participate in cost saving project.

Skills:

Candidate must possess a recognized Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering /Material Science or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience.
Technically sound in statistical tools and good understanding of material sciences.
Capable to manage and improve supplier quality, supplier process capability and technology for the components.
Aggressive in problem resolution and good communication skills.
Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with a team of engineering staff.
