Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Check and control product quality during incoming, in-process, and final stages. Handle quality issues -- find the cause, take corrective action, and prevent recurrence. Work with production teams to improve yield and reduce defects. Establish and manage quality standards, test procedures, and inspection criteria for optical components (e.g. TOSA/ROSA, laser diodes, photodiodes, PCBs). Support customer quality needs -- handle complaints, prepare 8D reports, and attend audits. Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance. Keep all quality documents updated (inspection standard, WI, control plan, etc.). Use quality tools (SPC, FMEA, CAPA) to improve process stability. Lead or support quality improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 -5 years of QA or production experience, preferably in optical modules, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing. Knowledge in Optical module parts (TOSA/ROSA, laser, fiber alignment), use of optical test equipment (OSA, power meter, BER tester, etc.) and basic quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage frontline operators. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle shift or extended hours when required. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with production reporting tools (ERP/MES systems is a plus). Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving abilities; basic listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are required.
