Job Description
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze
process yields
; identify and resolve yield-decreasing issues through effectiveCAPA and continuous improvement
. Act asmain liaison between customer and plant
to ensure all quality requirements are met. Supportcustomer corrective actions
(8D, root cause, verification) and ensure timely closure. Drivecontinuous improvement
on product quality, process control, and defect prevention. Review and maintainControl Plans, PFMEA, SOPs
, and ensure compliance with QMS standards. Authorized tostop line or shipment
in case of quality risks impacting customer products.Requirements:
Degree in
Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or related)
.1-3 years' experience
in QA, yield, or process engineering (preferably in semiconductor or electronics industry). Knowledge of8D, SPC, FMEA, CAPA
, and other quality tools. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience incustomer quality support
andcontinuous improvement projects
is an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
