Job Responsibilities

Ensure inspection is effectively carried out at each stages prior to product release. Ensure effective inspection and submission of report in timely manner. Manage inspection activities and resources to provide the necessary support to ensure smooth manufacturing operation. Liaise with Production, Engineering and Planning for prioritizing inspection schedule. Generate monthly Quality reports as required for management review. Regularly update the management on quality performance. Provide necessary guidance and training to QA Inspector pertaining measurement methodology and metrology. Attend to customer quality issues and drive for effective corrective action and improvement plan. Ensure calibration activities are timely and effectively performed. Work together with engineering team to develop inspection requirements. Work with SCM and Engineering team for vendor development/improvement in quality performance. Work with Quality Management System Engineer to maintain and continuously improve the quality system. Ensure quality records are suitably and properly maintained. Maintain and upkeep good 5S at work place at all times. Observe, comply and enforce Environmental, Health and Safety standards and regulations. Perform any other tasks and duties as and when assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

At least Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity and industry. Possess knowledge in computer and hand on in mechanical measuring equipment. Familiar with ISO 9001 standard.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
