:

Assist in ensuring the effective implementation of ISO 9001 throughout the company Formulate and implement improved work method to optimize and maintain quality standard. Attend to customer complaints promptly upon receipt of any quality issue. Perform in-house investigation, propose corrective actions to customer and drive continuous improvement. Work and liaise closely with Engineering, Production and Sales department to ensure customer requirements and specifications are met. Submit timely report for performance review, including root causes and countermeasures. Organize and conduct regular in-house quality training for QAQC staffs and other relevant personnel. Carry out other job functions pertaining to QAQC as and when required by superior. Serve as an internal auditor to support internal audits and ensure follow up on corrective actions. Handle customer request, such as additional test or supporting documents to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure all laboratory consumables are sufficient for daily operations. Oversee and perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment as required, to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.

2. At least 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Self-motivated, independent and proactive.

5. Able to multi-task and demonstrates a positive learning attitude.

6. Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

7. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin (oral and written) is an advantage.

8. Practical lab skills, familiarity with analytical instruments and ISO 9001 are a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
