Develop, implement, and maintain the

Project Quality Plan (PQP)

and related quality procedures in alignment with company and client requirements. Conduct

quality assurance reviews

,

inspections

, and

audits

on materials, equipment, and project activities. Ensure that all project deliverables meet

engineering codes

,

standards

, and

specifications

(API, ASME, ISO, ASTM, etc.). Work closely with

engineering, procurement, and construction teams

to verify that quality requirements are integrated at every stage of the project. Review and approve

Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

,

Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)

, and

Material Test Certificates (MTCs)

. Monitor and report

Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

,

Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

, and track closure. Coordinate with third-party inspectors, vendors, and clients to ensure product and process quality. Support internal and external

quality audits

and certification processes (e.g., ISO 9001). Maintain up-to-date quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records. Promote a strong

quality culture

across all project phases, ensuring adherence to HSE and QA/QC procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess in-depth knowledge of inspection and control in multi-disciplines works of Oil & Gas construction field.

2. Contractor's QC Engineers shall possess at least eight (8) years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including in Quality Control of onshore projects of similar scale and magnitude to the PROJECT.

3. Graduate engineers (B.Sc., Eng. / BE / B.Tech). Where equivalent diploma is proposed, Contractor shall provide evidence of equivalent from a recognized international accreditation body.

4. 8 years of working experience in oil/gas/petrochemical industry.

5. Has been assigned as QC Engineer in at least one similar scale and magnitude of EPCC projects.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
