JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in handling customer complaint by investigate & analyse it and administer corrective actions are taken.
- Assist in auditing activities (customer, JQA, JET).
- Assist in handling suppliers quality problem & administer corrective actions are taken.
- Report the quality situation to the superior.
- Ensure the tasks done by subordinates are carried out smoothly
- Assist all activities, procedure, system in department.
- Data analysing and provide necessary improvement where needed.
- Provide training to subordinates in relatino to job function and shall guide to subordinates in operators training.
- Assist in setting up procedure & system especially for new product.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in any Engineering field
- Required Skill(s): Communication, Report writing, Project presentation
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
