About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team. Key Responsibilities

-Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts across

software and blockchain-based systems.

-Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring issues are accurately resolved and verified.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure

seamless integration and release of high-quality software.

- Participate in code reviews, process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to

strengthen QA standards.

- Research and implement emerging QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and

blockchain testing tools.

- Manage assigned tasks independently, exercising sound judgment and resourcefulness

before escalating for support.

- Perform performance, security, and integration testing in both traditional and decentralized environments.

- Document testing outcomes, insights, and recommendations to enhance future product

releases.

- Contribute actively to a positive, ethical, and intellectually engaging work environment.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or

equivalent professional experience.

- Proven experience in software testing methodologies, test design, and QA process

implementation.

- Understanding of or exposure to blockchain technology, smart contracts, or decentralized systems (preferred but not mandatory).

- Demonstrated ability to independently learn new technologies, solve problems, and take

ownership of challenges.

- Strong initiative and self-driven mindset -- capable of pushing through complexity to deliver outcomes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to precision and accuracy.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

- Commitment to high ethical standards, quality, and continuous improvement.

- Preferable knowledge of automation frameworks, scripting, and DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) principles.

- A philosophical or reflective mindset -- someone who thinks deeply, values mastery, and
