Job Description

We are seeking a motivated QA Engineer with a minimum 1-2 years of background in Quality Assurance, particularly in managing Integrated Management Systems (IMS). This role is ideal for someone eager to build their career in the O&G sector while gaining exposure to international standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Assist in managing and implementing the organization's Integrated Management System (ISO 900, ISO 1400, ISO 45001, ISO 17020).

2) Support documentation processes for compliance with marine class societies (Lloyd's Register, DNV, ABS, NKK, KR, RINA, BV, etc.).

3) Ensure compliance with company requirements, ISO standards, and statutory requirements.

4) Support internal audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and effectiveness verification.

5) Monitor and track quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement activities.

6) Assist in analyzing nonconformities, customer feedback, and incidents to determine root causes.

7) Contribute to continual improvement initiatives and risk assessments.

8) Liaise with external accreditation bodies, regulatory authorities, and clients when required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.

1-2 years of experience in QA, preferably with exposure to Integrated Management Systems.

Experience in managing any 2 of the following ISO systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17020.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Eager to learn and grow within the oil and gas industry.
