Qa Engineer
Job Description
To ensure the manufacturing process are meeting the QC specifications as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16946 requirements.
To liaise with Production, R&D, Engineering and Product QA on improvement activities.
To plan and execute quality improvements activities on the line.
To lead improvements activities.
To inculcate quality awareness among workers.
To seek new in-process testing & methods to improve products quality, minimize process rejection & scraps.
To ensure compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16946 and related standard requirements
Implement audits, maintenance & improvement of the QMS to ensure compliance.
Specify inspection plan & measurement technique to be used
Understand manufacturing stamping process would be advantage.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Tool and Die)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge on Quality Principles and familiar with ISO 900I, ISO 14001 & IATF 16946 implementations
Experience in quality and environmental management system.
. Able to work in manufacturing processes to understand the current process limitation and propose new solution under minimum supervision.
. Able to read drawing (technical)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
