Qa Engineer
Job Description
- Participate on any new products qualification process (NPI) with manufacturing team & in-put process improvement plan via PMP & FMEA report preparation for machining products and also establish QA in process inspection criteria
- Ensure and approve/ review PMP & GRR Data Package, CPK and SPC data collected by Inspector
- Ensure and verify dimensions data collected are well key in Q-Dash System
- Liases with CQE, Process Eng and NPI for FAI Inspection plan and in process (IPQC) in order to meet customer requirements
- To train QC inspectors in all areas in term of final product inspection Criteria with reference to customer products specification
- Conduct internal (IQA) and supplier/ customer audits
- Monitor the External CAR/SCAR issuing and closing process
- Re-verify the non conformances parts (NCR) which is reported by production and to make final disposition of those parts during MRB meeting
- Monitor the External & Internal calibration meet calibrate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
