Qualifications

Education

: Degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent

Skills

: Knowledge of ISO 9001, QC tools (SPC, 8D, FMEA, MSA), and GD&T

Experience

: Minimum 2 years of working experience in QA or related discipline

Responsibilities

Control of nonconformance and MRB activities Prepare and manage FAI Report Qualification for new suppliers, new parts, tooling changes, or transfers Handle customer quality management and complaints Ensure proper containment to prevent outflow of defective parts to customers Manage RMA and coordinate sample submissions Oversee in-process quality control and follow up on NCAs to prevent recurrence Lead 8D discussion meetings and track corrective action effectiveness Conduct process line audits Collaborate with Operations & Engineering teams for continuous improvement initiatives Work with suppliers on NPI part improvements, drawing changes, and measurement correlation Support IATF 16949-related activities (auditing, customer requirements, supplier management, etc.) Carry out ad-hoc assignments as requested by superior

Authorities

Stop production machines/lines in case of discrepancies or critical defects Approve FPIR (First Piece Inspection Reports) Place shipments on hold if abnormalities are found Approve Control Plans for QA Department
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
