• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
• Working experience (min 3 years) in Blowing Moulding and assembly process.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
• Possess knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015 would be advantage.
• Ability to develop product test plan for testing and reliability inspection
• In-depth understanding of various plastic materials and their properties

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for monitoring Quality Assurance System (including Dimensional, Appearance, Functional and Reliability).
• Responsible for preparing the inspection check sheet - Certificate of Conformance [CoC] for all part running at production.
• Engage in all functions associated with New Product Development.
• Responsible for completing the customer's required documents such as PPAP documents within the deadline given by NPD PIC and ensuring complying with the customer's standards and specific requirements.
• Responsible for recording the Quality Notification Note (QNN) issued to PRM and PRS after receiving email from QA Leader.
• Responsible for recording the Quality Notification Note (QNN) issued by relevant department and external providers.
• Responsible for recording the customer complaint and customer feedback into customer complaint and feedback log sheet upon receiving the report or information from customer.
• Ensuring the sorting/ rework activities are well organized.
• Responsible for following up with QA Leader for the sorting or rework status and reviewing the sorting or rework report to ensure the correct information recorded by relevant department.
• Responsible for providing responses to countermeasures using the customer's format or internal 8D report.
• Responsible for tracking and following up on improvement actions outlined in the countermeasure report with the relevant department.
• Responsible to plan and conduct product and process audit with refer to the severity justification table (SJS).
• Responsible for planning, initiating and coordinating quality improvement programs with collaborating with other departments to improve quality system and product.
• Responsible to provide technical advice, quality interpretation and work direction to QA Supervisor, technicians and QA Leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining quality assurance (QA) documentation, including quality files, procedures, and inspection standards to ensure adherence to the quality system
• Responsible to provide process enhancement training to QA Technician and Supervisor.
• Assisting the Senior Manager in monitoring process cost effective/value added process.
• Assisting the Senior Manager in conducting the yearly Quality and Culture Development Campaign.
• Involve in the internal and external audits.
• Assisting company's quality management systems in the planning, development, implementation, communication and maintenance of a, policies, documentation, data.
