Job Description

1) Plan and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for internal prod. Processes, materials, and products: Develop and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as mechanical. 2) Follow up the measurement control and fitting test of products and recorded data for analysis. 3) Monitor QA/QC and staff activities. 4) Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities 5) Compiling the reports. 6) Confer with customer by telephone, mail or in person to collect product quality status/ information to obtain details of complaint. 7) Keep records of customer complaints and comments, as well as actions taken. 8) Review/meeting to solve customer complaints and unresolved problems with designated departments for further investigation. 9) Sent customer improvement plan/countermeasure for highlighted quality issue within 48 hours. 10) IPQC direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to related departments and IPQC members. 11) Have knowledge on AITF requirement and knowledge on automotive requirement.
