QA Engineers

and

QA Supervisors

to strengthen our Quality Department.

QA Engineer

Oversee quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements. Prepare, review, and maintain quality documents such as Control Plans, SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), 8D reports, and CAPA records. Approve first-article samples and monitor inspection results at IQC, IPQC, and OQC stages. Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues using the 5M problem-solving approach. Train, guide, and support QA Inspectors to promote continuous improvement and quality awareness.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent 2-3 years' QA experience in manufacturing Strong knowledge of QA tools and systems Problem-solving, documentation & leadership skills 5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays off.

QA Supervisor

Assist the QA Engineer in carrying out daily quality control and quality assurance activities. Monitor product quality and review inspection and testing reports. Approve cosmetic and dimensional first-piece samples. Supervise and guide QA/QC Inspectors and team leaders to ensure consistent inspection standards. Conduct training sessions, daily quality checks, and shift meetings to improve performance and accountability. Lead corrective actions and ensure proper implementation of 5S practices within the QA area.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM (Diploma preferred) 2+ years' experience in QA/QC (manufacturing) Able to lead and supervise QA teams Strong communication & problem-solving skills Flexible to work shifts and overtime 5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays off.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
