Job Description

? Identify and establish QA system in production process

? Analyze, develop, review and monitor the implementation of quality control plan.

? Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans for new and existing products to meet customer requirements.

? Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

? Provide support for ad-hoc quality and development related tasks, such as during research and development of new products, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

? Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate flow of test samples, which includes maintenance of integrity and completeness of all stock movement data records with Quality and Production teams.

? Perform analysis and administration for non-conforming report (NCR), Failure Report (FR), Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and customer complain to facilitate investigation and problem-solving process

? Develop, improve and maintain Quality Assurance technique. E.g. Statistical Process Control (SPC), Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R), KAIZEN and so on.

? Perform regular review and document/process audit to ensure all Quality Assurance operations are in compliance with the requirements.

? Assist in audit tasks for all quality related matters including both internal and external audits.

? Maintain accurate Quality Assurance records and database for all Quality Assurance reports, tests or analysis. This includes ad-hoc collection of data required for technical analysis. This also includes maintenance of integrity and completeness of all stock movement data records between Quality and Production Departments.

? Provide support to regular maintenance, improvement or update of documents related to Quality Assurance. This includes Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Working Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. This also includes the analysis and fulfillment of technical requirements under ISO17025, as well as SAMM and ILAC's policies and guidance, such as risk assessment, measurement of uncertainties, decision rules relating to conformity of test specifications etc.

? Responsible for overall management of KMK Testing Laboratory (KTL), especially on planning and implementation of laboratory tests.

? Liaise with managers from other departments on coordination of sample tests in order to support R&D and ongoing products. This includes research, analysis and prescription of relevant tests for any specific products.

? Responsible as an active member of Technical Development Advisory Board of KMK Testing Laboratory.
