Work experience ( including technical/ professional training and qualification ) .
Degree or Diploma in Electronic/ Electrical /Mechanical course and related electronics industries.
Minimum 3 years\' work experience as QA and/or SQE in the PCBA/box build assembly manufacturing industry
Good knowledge in ISO9000 quality management system.
Good leadership, able to work with minimal guidance, trustworthy, team players and possess good communication skills.
ResponsibilitiesJob responsibilities\xef\xbc\x9a1. Manage/supervise QA inspector to conduct QA audit/inspection process2. Train, certify and monitor QA inspector work performance3. Update and maintain product relevant document, eg: SIP and product specification4. Tracking and ensure ECN/PCN implementation5. Manage abnormal quality issue, follow through corrective action and preventive action until closure6. Manage finished goods shipment audit7. Manage customer complaint, customer audit, OBA, DOA and RMA returned8. Drive quality improvement, improve customer satisfaction9. Manage line qualification approval, RTL and customer line acceptance approval10. Communicate customer specification and requirement to internal11. Manages customer data packages and report12.
