- Act as the main liaison between the company and customers on quality-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure products meet customer-specific quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of customer quality standards and ISO requirements.
- Relevant titles: Customer Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Control Engineer.
- Key skills: Root cause analysis, ISO standards, customer quality management, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
