Job Description

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., mechanical, engineering, industrial engineering)

Strong understanding of metrology, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance) and measurement principles.

EXPERIENCE

At least 1-2 years of experience In Quality or Eng manufacturing

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist H.O.D to ensure QMS is established, implemented & maintained accordance to ISO9001, ISO14001 and KPI objective. Report to H.O.D on any failure and suggest quality improvement

2. Troubleshooting and resolving quality issues and providing recommendations for Internal Quality issue or Customer Complaint ( PDCA, Failure Analysis, CAR)

3. Internal Continuous Improvement Team ( Scrap Analysis and Improvement Team)

4. Provide QA & QC and workers for Quality Training and access competency effectiveness

5. Committee of Audit - Internal, Customer and Supplier

6. Attend customer meeting/ Internal meeting (Production & MRB)

7.Updated and ensure effectiveness of QA/QC document -eg check sheet , W.I, Procedures

8. Audit and maintaining process and implementation improvement

9. To achieve KPI department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
