Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements
Monitor production quality and ensure consistent adherence to quality specifications
Customer Complaint Handling
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Prepare customer complaint reports and follow up on action closure
Audit & Documentation
Plan and conduct
internal audits
to ensure compliance with quality systems
Support
external audits
by customers, certification bodies, and regulatory parties
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, audit reports, and corrective action records
Continuous Improvement
Participate in continual improvement activities to enhance product quality and process efficiency
Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issues
Support process improvement initiatives such as defect reduction, yield improvement, and standardization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and implemented
Support production teams in quality-related problem-solving activities
Assist in training and awareness programs related to quality procedures and standards
RequirementsEducation
Diploma or Degree in
Engineering
or
Science
Experience
Minimum
3 years of QA experience
in a
precision manufacturing environment
producing
solid products
, such as:
Electronics manufacturing
Aerospace components
Medical devices
Precision engineering or metal parts manufacturing
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of
ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Experience handling
customer complaints
and corrective actions
Hands-on experience in
internal and/or external audits
Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies for continuous improvement
Good documentation, reporting, and analytical skills
Additional Requirements
Willing to work in

Able to communicate in
Mandarin
to support internal coordination
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
