Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and ensure product quality meets company standards and customer requirements. Conduct

in-process and final inspections

on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Investigate

quality issues

, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Work closely with production and maintenance teams to solve quality-related problems. Maintain and update

quality documents

, inspection reports, test results, and ISO-related records. Support

quality audits

(internal and external) and ensure compliance with company procedures. Analyse production data to identify trends and recommend quality improvements. Assist in developing and improving

quality control methods

, testing procedures, and work instructions. Ensure measuring tools/equipment are calibrated and in good working condition. Promote quality awareness and good practices on the production floor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related). Experience in manufacturing quality control is an advantage. Knowledge of QC tools. Able to read drawings/specifications and perform basic measurements. Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Able to work closely with production and support departments.
