Job Description

Ensure product conformance to quality standards meeting customer\xe2\x80\x99s specification and requirements. - Continuous improvement in quality standards and procedures. - Provide support to production on quality issues. - Evaluation of customer RMA rejects. - Work with Engineering on evaluated parts for new projects. - To upkeep the quality standard and proper records of all quality related issue within the operation. - To lead a team of QA staffs. - To generate and maintain the necessary QA reports. - To ensure effective implementation of action taken for all NCR/CAR issued to the relevant departments. - Follow up on vendor\xe2\x80\x99s corrective action on part rejects. - On-site audit at vendor\xe2\x80\x99s location where required. - To provide quality training. - Compile FA report and FA inspection as per customer requirement and specification. - To maintain and upkeep Quality Management System and Quality System Procedure. - Knowledge of SPC & FMEA tools and familiar and able to use 8D approach for CAR. - Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be an added advantage. - Resourceful & able to work independently. - Computer literate with knowledge in words and excel. - Willing to learn. - Possess Class D driving license \xe2\x80\x93 an advantage.
