Job Description

Be responsible for determining the production status of finished products to ensure product quality.

Ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained in an orderly condition in accordance with the established systems.

Implement systems for manufacturing activities, quality control, storage, and distribution in accordance with an orderly documentation system and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

Coordinate in-house training activities and ensure that training is conducted according to the Training Plan, including understanding of individual responsibilities for cleanliness and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within GMP areas. Any changes to the Training Plan shall be updated accordingly.

Monitor the cleanliness of all production areas, equipment, and processing machines.

Ensure that production areas and equipment are clean and cleared prior to the commencement of production activities (area clearance).

Monitor equipment calibration activities to ensure they are carried out according to the established schedule.

Check and verify reconciliation activities from starting materials to finished products.

Decide on the approval and release of finished products after verification and confirmation by the QC Executive or authorized quality personnel.

Review and verify records of all quality control activities to ensure they are completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Inspect damaged materials and report findings to the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager.

Control and monitor product complaint handling and product recall activities.

Conduct internal audit activities as planned by the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager.
