Job Description

Responsible for all ISO related activity. GMP Implementation: Manage and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related management systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to resolve quality and food safety issues. Prepare / Review / Revise / Distribute ISO documents - manual, procedures, working. Review / retain ISO records likes : monthly - cleaning and sanitation, pest control, personnel hygiene. Ensure timely closure of customer complaint, CPAR, audit non-conformity, quarantine zone, review & retain evidence / record evaluation, decision, correction, countermeasure, verification. Data analysis - supplier evaluation, customer satisfaction, objective and target, product conformity, customer complaint, SPAR, etc. Co-ordinate internal & external audit - audit schedule, plan, audit record. Conduct training for the related personnel when necessary. Customer Support: Manage quality-related customer activities, including documentation, feedback, and complaints. Prepare documents for Management Review - objective & target, supplier evaluation, customer satisfaction / complaint/ etc. Carry out task when assigned by Immediate Superior.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in food technology, food science, or a related field is typically required. Additional professional certifications or training in related to quality assurance, quality would be essential. More than 2 years experience as QA Executive exposure in food manufacturing work environment. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Programmed. Familiar with GMP, HACCP, FSSC, HALAL and food manufacturing quality management system. Familiar with quality control & laboratory testing operation related to food. Good analytical skills and excellence quality tools and methodologies. Good knowledge and experience in food safety system certification. Good analytical and technical troubleshooting skills. Team player with the ability to work independently. Competency certified halal executive or relevant competency preferred.
