About the role

His/Her main areas of responsibilities are to assist the QA Manager and to recommend objectives and strategies including short and long term plans in the implementation and coordination of the company policies on Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) with the view to maximize Quality Assurance and Objectives of assuring the safety and effectiveness of the Company\'s procedures, adhering to international standards at all times and to ensure that the Company\'s Standards are never compromised.

Key responsibilities

• Executing Overall Quality Plan
• Assist in ensuring achievement of Quality KPI and Performance
• Assist in investigation and follow up on quality issue and non conformance related audit findings
• Administer SAP QM module
• Maintain compliance and alignment for all SKUs inspection plan, master data etc for Quality View in SAP
• Administer quality alignment to comply with Kerry Global, Regulatory, and Customer Requirements
• Administer Kosher Program and Certification Renewal
• Administer Self Audit Inspection Program
• Executing Internal Quality Audit
• Administer quality improvement with other department
• Administer Food Safety Alert Program to improve Quality knowledge, awareness and sustainability
• Assist with customer, third party and regulatory audits
• Assist with customer enquiries and questionnaire
• Assist Government Legal Matters and Liaise with Government Related Agencies, Local Authorities, etc. on quality and food safety matters
• Assist with preparing of Monthly reporting for Regional QS, Food Safety & Company KPI
• Handle customer complaints troubleshooting and CAPA
• Assist with customer, third party and regulatory audits
• Assist with customer enquiries and questionnaire
• Assist in monitoring department expenses and responsible for wise expenditure
• Administer shelf life extension evaluation upon customer request

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Food Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology with related manufacturing experience
• Minimum 3 years working experience in food manufacturing environment
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of product line and manufacturing processes, general knowledge of food industry
• Hazard Analysis (HACCP), process control procedures/manual and statistical process control (SPC)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be comfortable working in a fast changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components
