1. Monitor supplier performance and liaise with supplier. 2. Track and qualify or disqualify suppliers according to organization\xe2\x80\x99s standards. 3. Maintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory departments. 4. Report supplier performance and quality to management. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of supplier management programs. 6. Monitor and performing continuous improvement at production in term of quality. 7. Perform analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary to eliminate occurrence of defect. 8. Create, maintain & update the Quality Manual, Quality Procedure and Work Instruction to have better implementation in department process. 9. Participate and responsible for quality related item of process/ product engineering change that may impact product quality performance or involve customer approval/ acknowledgement. 10. Coordinate regular quality issue review & prepare quality performance summary report. 11. Participate in regular quality, 5S and safety meeting. 12. Able to use excel to create graph, data analysis.
