To ensure service/goods purchase is processed through company in-house system via PR and PO
People Management
To conduct in-house food safety related training
To ensure operation practices comply with the company policy and guidelines
Restaurant Support
To conduct product recall, investigate and identify root cause to mitigate the risk and avoid recurrence.
To ensure quality and safety of products from receiving, processing and delivery as per standard requirements.
Compliance of all Local regulatory, Food Safety and Quality Requirement
To ensure facilities practices and operations are complying with franchisor requirement and local regulatory requirements, e.g., Halal, DOSH. DOE, Local Council etc.
To conduct Food Safety and Quality internal audit / daily inspection.
To implement FSSC22000 and to get all facilities to be certified in designated timeline.
Requirements:
Degree in Food Science or related field
Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in food production or manufacturing field
Solid understanding in Food Safety & Quality system
Able to work independently, a team player and proactive
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal)
Able to work during odd hours, extra hours or during the weekend as and when required.
Has leadership qualities and able to coach a team
Successful candidate will be based in KKIP Commissary
