Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and young individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Executive. This individual will develop and maintain our systems to ensure compliance with all Food Safety Standards and be responsible for all Document Control and Records. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership with an emphasis on continuous process improvement and product quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing JKKP, GMP & HACCP documents (Documents Controller) Managing the documents and ensure the data in the documents are up to date Liaise with supplier in gathering products information & external lab test Liaise with outsource to conducting an internal audits as per schedule if needed Responsible in conducting a management review for JKKP, GMP and HACCP meeting with relate members To carry out in-house products sampling test & prepare reports Provide in-house training to staffs regarding GMP & HACCP knowledge Monitor & renewal for all the relate license & certificate for manufacturing needed. Responsible to apply export permit for oversea orders Product Compliant Handling / Failure Analysis To liaise with customers service PIC about the products quality related issues that complaint by customer and coordinate corrective action programs with other departments in related to resolve customer's issues and prepare the products failure analysis report

INTERNAL AUDITOR

Conducting supplier & internal audit Travel to site/factory including those outside KL and Selangor for internal audit (When necessary) Ensure all staffs are following SOP and food safety & hygiene standard

TRAINING

To conduct in-house training for staff regarding food safety and hygiene To conduct in-house/external training related to GMP, HACCP

PEST CONTROL

Liaise with pest control provider for factory area Responsible in maintaining factory area are free of pest and take action for cases related to pest

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Food Science and Technology or any relevant food science background Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Qualified in GMP and HACCP Management will be an advantage Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive Able to work independent Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure Can keep up with tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail Strong leadership, result driven, problem-solving skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
