Job Description
Responsibilities
Ensure departmental QA/QC procedures and 5S activities are effectively implemented and maintained. Ensure all manufacturing processes and finished goods comply with quality standards and specifications. Establish, review, and improve quality inspection and testing procedures. Liaise with certification bodies, customers, and relevant departments on quality-related matters. Lead investigations on quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions. Supervise daily QA/QC operations and documentation control (MRR, CAR, calibration records, etc.). Conduct in-process inspections, first article approvals, and internal audits. Support production teams to ensure product consistency and conformance.
Requirements
? Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related field.
? Minimum
3 years of working experience
in QA/QC, preferably inprecision machining or machine house environment
.? Familiar with
Cp/Cpk, SPC, GD&T, and GR&R
analysis.? Strong understanding of quality systems, inspection tools, and regulatory standards.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA/QC documentation systems.
? Good analytical skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
