Job Description

We are seeking a talented QA Executive to join our dynamic team. As a QA Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and excellence of our manufacturing operations. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and maintain quality assurance plans and schedules. Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Identify defects, deviations, and non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions. Develop and execute test plans, including sensory, microbiological, chemical, and physical tests. Perform routine testing to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance with specifications. Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), JKKP, GMP & HACCP plans, and quality manuals. Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance product quality and safety. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Evaluate and monitor supplier quality and performance. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Monitor & renewal for all the relate license & certificate for manufacturing needed. Responsible in maintaining factory area are free of pest and take action for cases related to pest.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Possess minimum Degree in Food Science & Technology At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field Trained on the requirements of the HACCP, GMP, and other food safety system, ISO 9001 Standard, if preferred Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline Ability to work within deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and work under pressure Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
