QA Job Summary
Manage and maintain the company's ISO [9001:2015 / 14001 /FSC / SMETA, etc.] Quality Management System (QMS).
Plan, conduct, and report internal audits to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies for surveillance and re-certification audits.
Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Facilitate Management Review Meetings and ensure all related documentation is accurate and up to date.
Train and support department heads in QMS procedures and documentation requirements.
Track quality metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Studies in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum [2-5] years of experience in a QA/QC or QMR role within an ISO-certified environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (knowledge of other standards like ISO 14001 is a plus).
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (is an advantage)
Possess good learning attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
