JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor QA staff daily attendance & compile monthly overtime records. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate working master to external lab calibration. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate samples to external lab (LGM, SGS etc.) for physical or RoHS/REACH testing. \xe2\x80\xa2 To arrange for physical properties cross checking with LGM yearly. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct internal quality audit according to schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 To participate & follow up on 2nd & 3rd party audit (customers, SIRIM etc.). \xe2\x80\xa2 To participate & follow up on supplier audit. \xe2\x80\xa2 To verify daily lab testing reports, report for abnormality & follow up on improvement actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To certify Delivery Order (OQC) and ensure compliance to customers\xe2\x80\x99 specific requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To verify raw materials COA & approval (IQC). \xe2\x80\xa2 To scan daily lab testing reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare Monthly Management Meeting minutes. \xe2\x80\xa2 To establish & control First Article Records. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct IPQC and report for non-conformity. \xe2\x80\xa2 To control Banned Substances Declaration Log Sheet and declaration to customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct MSA for lab measuring equipment according to schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in daily routine testing of rubber masterbatch/compound. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in preparation of finished goods test report and maintain good filing system for finished goods test report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in color testing for finished goods (OQC), data compilation and propose the product specs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for special testing requests from Technical department/customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct daily lab quick check in the absent of Lab Technician. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out in-house verification for lab equipment in the absent of Lab Technician. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for Lab overtime arrangement according to Production Planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other related duties as require from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Polymer related study. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 Quality Management System. \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualified internal quality auditor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to conduct manufacturing process and product audit. \xe2\x80\xa2 5 Core Tools: SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP & PPAP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience in rubber related industry will be an added advantage.
